Aardvark Q10 seen as 20/20

q10 is not seen? reinstall after reinstall, from fresh os , or otherwie, is seen as 20/20, . I can not get the q10 recognized with 7.04 driver or 7.13. Any thoughts? thanks

Ohh I have exactly the same problem and don't know what to do.
