Question About Haier C14B laptop's driver

Could not find any driver for my laptop on internet, I tried softwares like Driverpack solution, driver talent, driver booster etc but most of their drivers were not compatible, Fcc ID :
2ACZD-C14XXXX

Please help me.

You should not use those driver apps. They often break more things than they fix and are a possible source for malware.

The laptop should use standard devices and Windows should install drivers itself.

What version of Windows are you running? What devices lack drivers?

I know it's harmful to use those driver but i'm helpless now ,

I'm using Win8.1 pro 9600 , which is compatible with my laptop and it won't run in win 10 very good.

Here is the main problem,

Realtek HD audio is detecting internal mic but The GREEN BAR won't go up even if i scream, it only inputs low quality dim sounds, I did everything can to make it work but all of those failed, I could not install THE High Defination audio because when I enable or use that IT MAKES STATIC DIGITAL NOISE.

I know about drivers and windows stuff very well, I tried these

Raising microphone levels

selecting separate intead of tied up jacks in realtek manager

installing almost every realtek driver i came across.

BTW I download and installed Win8.1 from Microsoft website.

(if u think i should reinstall Windows from different website please give me some secure link for win 8.1)

This could be an actual hardware issue. Have you tried connecting an external mic to see how it performs?

Are you using the Realtek drivers that were installed by Windows, or from one of the other sources?

I used my external mic , it works fine with my desktop pc but same low sound problem on laptop.

my laptop did not came up with any kind of driver or installation file , I contact Haier but they can not provide me any drivers.

I'm using the driver pack solution's driver right now.

In the future, you can get drivers directly from Realtek. For example:

https://www.realtek.com/en/componen...-codecs-high-definition-audio-codecs-software

If increasing the mic gain level didn't help, then drivers may not be the issue.

After downloading and installing tons of drivers I finally found the Drivers for my laptop from this website

Those all appear to be standard drivers, so I wouldn't expect much change on your end. Good luck.
