About my graphics card (question)

Hello again community, I have a question about my Lenovo T420. I cleaned installed my windows about a month ago, and I had to manually install all my drivers. I had my serial number searched in Lenovo's website and apparently it had Intel Graphics Drivers and NVidia graphics driver. So I assume I have Integrated and Dedicated Graphics, although I can't find such option in the BIOS.

I've tried installing the Nvidia driver and nothing happened its just in my programs and features.

I got this computer online it was refurbished.

So is there something wrong on the computer's side or was it removed by the refurbisher? (If such is possible)

Hi! Thanks for your answer, no it's not in device manager sorry I forgot to mention.

Does this mean such graphics card is not available?

If it does not show up as a GPU or unidentified device- then it is not there.

You can use a program like Speccy to identify what hardware is in the laptop.
