Solved! About Samsung Tablet

Hello, I've got a issue with my Samsung Tablet, see I will put it on charge for at least 45 minutes an it still reads 0% an it'll flash on an off with still a 0 %. So Please Help Me To Know What's Going On With It? Thanks

Sounds like either your charger is bad and not charging the device. You can try using another charger cord to see if that resolves it. If that doesn't work, then you probably need to have the battery replaced.
