ac connection is perfect but dc(battery) line not working

i have thosiba sattellite model laptop there i found a problem in ac connection is perfect but dc(battery) line not working, i can not open with battery but battery meter showing 85% charged.

so how can i resolve this problems?

so its not charging you mean? did you test the power supply? if you have decent voltage then its most likely the charging port
