AC Power adapter wattage and type cannot be determined

are you using a DELL 65W or 90W adapter to charge the laptop? I know it seems an obvious question, but I have had customer using different wattages or even different brands and have this issue. I have even had a customer using a universal power adapter that causes this.

I am using 65 watt charger for dell core i5. I just bought it a week ago and it writes "adapter not determined and plug in 65 watt charger to charge".before buying the charger also it was same. Then what to do now????please help...
