Access Windows 10 info from a Chrome Book

In a hotel with good wifi, can I use a chrome book to call-up info from my windows 10 laptop? Is the interface compatible?

While these seem to be SMB Client for ChromeOS, you will have hard time accessing your Windows laptop over Hotel Wifi. If that hotel' IT staff are worth their salaries, and your Windows laptop is properly configured, no connection would be possible between the two.
