Accidentally disabled my laptop screen by duplicating it, how do I get my screen back on

Accidentally duplicated the screen on my hp laptop. It was not connected to any other screen and now I can't get the screen to come back on. How do I end the duplicate screen

Windows key and P, then set it to Laptop Only (or similar).
