Acer 5951G recovery disk

Hi guys,
I have an Acer 5951G. My hdd crashed and i bought a new one.
The fingerprint driver does not work.
The sound does not work.
Clear.fi for the multimedia remote does not work.
Acer's support is extremely poor and their website does not have to correct drivers. I have tried various driver utilities and none helps. I go the laptop hardware tested and there are definitely no faults.
Does anyone have an acer recovery disk or the preloaded software or correct drivers? It would really help a lot.
I have tried loading windows 7 home premium and windows 8.1 pro and their drivers dont seem to work. There also is not support for windows 10. I have tried windows to see if it automatically detects the divers but no luck

Hi there, Thank you for trying to help me as this is driving me nuts!
I am using windows 8.1
The fingerprint scanner driver when opened does not do anything. It doesnt take you to the welcome screen to select next or proceed with any installation its just blank
Clear.fi software is also not the website so multimedia remote does'nt work

You might want to contact Acer to get an official recovery disk. Those are generally available, for a small fee.
