Acer 6930 voltage

Iv'e put a 19.5v charger to a Aspire 6930. It gave off a little spark and won't turn on nothing. So I popped the bat. Out and it say's 10.8v. Is there a fuse or reset? I'll try anything.

The charger a 19.5v is reversed when something happened and the battery says 10.8v. Is there a fuse or something I can do to get the laptop to turn on. I will try anything .
