acer aspire 4738g fan problem

Hi every one.
I am Sameer from Pakistan. My father gave me gift of laptop acer aspire 4738g.
It was good when i don't play games on that but wen i played my first game on it ,it automatically turn off. when i touch the bottom of laptop it went very hot. I was feeling that my hand was burning. what can i do now. Please answer any one

Hi Sameer,

Does the fan ever turn on? There may be a hardware issue if it does not (or simply disconnected).

What surface is the laptop on? Ensure the intake/output for the fan is not blocked....otherwise there is nowhere for the heat to go but build up inside.
