Acer Aspire 4740g Upgrade options, reccomendations and feedback

i have a laptop it is
Win 7 home premium core i3 so please search that up and see what specifications it has i am not super smart.

i would like on the laptop
win 10/8
any good compatible graphic cards
500 GB/1 TB HDD what is HDD
Intel core i5
8GB Ram

please tell if compatible and recommend what is good i do gaming a lot and also record but not high end stuff i would like to keep the price low and i would not be doing multiple stuff

Just to check, are you looking to get a new laptop or upgrade your current one to get better performance out of it?
Also, around what price is low budget? 300, 500, 700, 900, +?
Finally, what country are you in, as that will affect prices greatly.
