Question Acer Aspire 5536 blank screen

I have Acer Aspire 5536. I've had it a good few year, but not been used for a year or 2 now due to the charger not working and forgotten about.

Recently got it back and charged, but when I've turned it on noticed some damage on the screen and it stays blank. I've tryed plugging it into my TV and a monitor, but it won't show up on them

I had a look online at some fixes for it. I've taken it apart and replaced the thermal paste, because it was all dryed up. Put my laptop back together and it still doing the same when I turn it on, also noticed the fan stops after a couple of seconds. Not sure if it did that before tho

Just need to get it to load windows now. Pretty sure it's on vista, but it goes blank when it comes to the loading screen.

Can't even get it to go into advanced boot options
