I need help desperately with my laptop. So I've had the Acer Aspire E1-522 for quite awhile and haven't used it too much. Near April, the monitor turned off completely and no matter what I could try, I couldn't fix it. It came up with a weird screen as well one time when I tried to turn it on though I have forgotten the details of that screen. After leaving it over the holidays it worked perfectly again. After Windows 10 came out, I decided to get it hoping that it would help my computer, however shortly after I received a blue screen with a sad face and an error code (That I forgot). I had also received similar error codes between the holidays and getting Windows 10. Recently, my screen went black again so I left it for the night and now it worked the next day. My trouble with it now, is that it keeps on freezing and crashing, and half the time I use it I am greeted with a black screen. Just before when I went on to it (after turning it off from a freeze), it greeted me with the acer screen then turned black. I turned it off again then tried again using F2 to check if anything was wrong with my boot priority order though everything seemed to be in line. After exiting it it brought me to the Windows 10 loading screen then froze again.
Can someone please help with this because it is preventing me using my laptop.
Also I am considering reverting it back to factory default though I don't know how to and am wondering if it will delete microsoft word etc.
