try push DELETE, mine working ...

When the system is loading, you should see at one of the bottom corners of the screen the needed keys to use flash as text for a short period. Telling you exactly what key to push.

i have same prob, cant log to boot menu
F12 - fail
delate - fail
F2 - fail

any other solution>?

You should press Fn with F1-F12 keys
also change your settings from fast boot to normal boot.
