Acer Aspire E1-571 wont boot up

working fine last night,now when it boots up i get the acer screen, then nothing, the screen just flashes green. any thoughts?

Hi, the first test you can try, remove the battery, unplug the adapter, hold down the power button for one minute. Reinstall the battery, plug the adapter and try booting.

tried that, this time i got the acer screen on boot up, then a glimpse of my microsoft sign in page, then green screen flashing with white circle going round and round. any other thoughts? cheers

A picture will help for the circle, can you try an external monitor?

not got a monitor at the moment. The circle is lots of little white circles going round as if it is loading.
