acer aspire e15. how do I take the battery off

Someone please help ,
I just bought this acer e15 . Model number is es1-511-c723 and the screen turned black . I can only see the mouse pointer moving around .
How can I fix it and where do I find the battery at. I mean there is no way I can see the battery at. This laptop is f*** up..

I wasted my money. Please help ..

If you haven't got it sorted yet , Hold down the Power button fo a FULL 15 Seconds (count Slowly) . Wait for a few mins and then switch back on. . Hope this helps .
