acer aspire es-17 graphics

started my laptop up and the icons are about 3 inches big, been back to acer twice now with the same problem,they said it was a hhd problem and they have replaced it twice but still having the same problem.

Is it only the icons? or is anything else huge?

If it is only the icons, then the following should fix it.

Right click on the desktop (the background of your screen, not any icon or program) and then click on "View".

You should see a list that has different features, including making the desktop icons Small, Medium and Large. Choose the one you want and click on it.

The icons should change in size immediately.
