Acer Aspire v5-571

Hey all.

My friend has an Acer ASPIRE v5-571 laptop which isn't used much. So i decided i'll try it out and maybe update the drivers to get the best out of it.
To download the correct drivers I went to the acer official site and found the drivers, there was an option " Need to know the hardware on your system to choose the right drivers?"

I downloaded the tool provided in the link and found in the table:

Category-Vendor(These were the columns)
VGA-Nvidia
VGA_2-Intel

There is no sticker suggesting an NVIDIA GPU or similar. There is no NVIDIA control panel when I right click on the desktop. Can someone please explain as to what this is??

Acer ASPIRE v5-571
Windows 7 Home basic x64
Ci3 2367M
4GB RAM
HD 3000

The specific model you are looking at probably does not have a nVidia GPU.

Yeah this is the model i have right now. What my question is that why is there mention of nvidia when it does not have a GPU?? Or is it just something every laptop has?

Because there are other models of the V5-571 that does have a nVidia GPU.
