Although my battery is fully charged, it says "consider replacing your battery", I was on line with ACER help and they were saying something about updating the BIOS. I haven't a clue as to how I update this.

Hi,
For me it happened like this: (my msi is 10 months old, battery was working fine)

I plugged in ac plug when windows was starting (desktop was there i think) and it went to 100% though battery at 10-15%. when I unplugged it it stayed at 100.
So I thought I'm gonna wait till it dies and it'll be good...
Now it's showing consider replacing battery, 0% plugged in and charging. bummer
I hope it's windows glitch so what I would do (will do):
charge it to the max. shut down. remove-insert battery, check BIOS, and start with battery only, wait till it dies again
Any other ideas?
I'll post my findings, still charging ;)

Well found nothing in BIOS - whitebook as it is, but now it shows 100% and time 3h19m (should show 5h something but maybe I get to that after calibrating)
hope it helps you somehow
