acer computer cant connect to the tv NO Signal

my computer was connected to my tv and working find , then one day when disconnected and then reconnected later on it didnt work.
i've checked my display setting changed them , only to find when i go out of settings and then back in the setting have changed back . the Samsung tv tries to save the setting but does not .
Can anybody HELP

Press the Windows key + P and select between Duplicate or Extended display then press Enter. See if you'll get the display back into your Samsung TV. If these doesn't work please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics driver
- Open Programs and Features and uninstall anything related to your graphics card.
- Download and install the latest driver from the manufacturer site and reboot your laptop.

The computer resolution maybe a of a screen size and frequency the TV can not handle.
Try to remember the screen size you had before when it did work.
