Acer aspire e 15 stuck on start up screen

so are you for no patience. have you tried turning it off then back on?

Yes of course it even went to the reset portion but does nothing now just stuck on acer screen

check in the bios to see if the hard drive is seen there. any clicking noises from the laptop?
is that laptop brand new?
