Acer E5 575g vibration in laptop while charging

i have recently buy acer e5 575g..Problem is earthing how to solve the problem...
Does it creat any problem.
i am using 3 pin.

i believe its some sort of electric buzz that feels like vibration?i suggest returning it and have it check.

i have exchange but same problem...help me bro..
does our usb,vga,hmdi port have electric flow while touching it..sorry for bad english

Have u try a different wall power point?
