Acer Laptop does not start (Black Screen)

I hear the fans working, everything ... But it does NOT show anything... -> Black Screen

Last time I had this, it worked fine after I used Adware and it removed some stuff. But 3 months later it happened...Until now... And I cannot fix it!

I do NOT know what to do...I've been posting this problem in 4 different forums.

does it loads any screen? If you can go to BIOS put default settings and correct date

No.
It starts normally sometimes...sometimes he doesnt. Right now its one of those times that he doesnt start.

well i read that you changed cmos (bios chip). Is that right? In that case it might not be compatible so i suggest you to get your old chip back in place and see if it makes a change

It was a compatible one. Trust me.

then the other suggestion... check if its connected to the MB good, and its doing good contact... cant think of other cause
