Acer laptop downgrade to Win7, can't find drivers

Can I install Windows 7 if Acer doesn't have Win7 drivers on their website?

I have an Acer A315-21-99E5. Installing Windows 7 would be the easy part, but I don't know where to find hardware drivers for it.

Did you try letting Windows search for the drivers itself?

While you have Windows 10 installed and working - check to see whether for various parts (video, WiFi/LAN, sound, trackpad etc) you can find drivers on their respective manufacturers. Make sure you have prepared Windows 10 recovery media so you can return to working laptop if Windows 7 fails.
