Is it booting with nothing on screen (should see HDD activity) or just lights are up but nothing else ?

If it's any of those two it's the videocard.

I cant startup my laptop when is give command and it starts some beeping noice and the screne appeart safe mod and after giving command it start for a second with some error report and get stop with same beeoing noice
