Solved! ACER laptop issue

Hi Sir, i own this laptop , my laptop got hung today and shut down and now it is not starting at all. I did hard reset by pressing the reset button at back of laptop , i changed the 8GB RAM to another slot and also removed the internal battery and plugged in the battery again but laptop is not turning on, when i plug in the laptop power charger cord it shows orange light and light under the keyboard flickers if i press power button, any suggestion are really helpful to fix the issue ?

Which model ACER laptop? Age, condition?
[Acer Aspire E5-576G-5762], Purchased in May2018,New ,Warranty is there till May2019 but International warranty only available in US and in India Bangalore and New Delhi. I stay in Hyderabad India. No service centre available in Hyderabad which provides service for acer laptop with international warranty.
Checked with ACER customer care today. I wonder big brand like ACER don't have ITW International warranty centre in Hyderabad India.

Do you have the User Manual?

If not, the following link should lead you to the manual:

There should be some troubleshooting information along with some explanations of the lights you are seeing.

Also, you moved the RAM - I did not note that you put the RAM back in its original slot. If you have not done so, return the RAM to the original slot.

Are you able to get into BIOS?

If not, then my thought is that there is some hardware failure within the laptop.
