Question Acer laptop keyboard stopped working after checkup

My laptop's keyboard stopped working. Every key just stopped working after I sent it to change the battery. Can you advice me on how to make it work again?

Open it and check the connection to the motherboard. I would also contact the place that changed the battery and tell them the issue.
