Acer laptop keys v x not working

Hello,
my acer laptop keys v and x and spacebar not working. what could be the reason for that?

Keyboard matrix may have failed -- possibly the cable connector. Test by connecting an external beyboard. If it works, the laptop keyboard has probably had it. Replace.
