Acer Laptop Overheat PLEASE HELP!!

I have year old laptop that I have been using and although everything works fins it overheats like crazy! I have repasted undervolted and use a cooling pad to try to dissipate the heat. Most games I cannot play now including csgo pubg and even league. On these games with the lowest settings, I will have lag spikes of 10fps every 5 seconds after a period of time. Seems as if it is having really bad thermal throttling Temps reach over 100 while gaming and 60 in idle!!! please help.

Sounds like you have a Predator Helios 300. Call Acer and RMA the laptop. It has a 2 year warranty. Probably have a fan that has died.

Hello, thanks for the reply I actually have a v15 nitro and I bought it overseas in Singapore now living out of Kenya. Sending things out of Kenya like a laptop is a bit of a risk. Are there any other fixes or things to make the problems lesser. Thanks
