Acer laptop screen not working

I boot my laptop up after it fell and it starts up fine. Then after browsing for 20~ minutes, the screen goes grey. It is on, and I can hear the fan and hdd running as well as startup sound cues. Help me please and thank you in advance

Hi, can you try an external monitor, to see if you have a good picture when the screen of the laptop is bad.
