Solved! Acer Laptop Shut Down (Not Overheating)

I have an Acer 5742G it's old but it's still very good for me the only problem is it's started to shut down while gaming not in everygame old games work fine without causing shut down but newer games like Bioshock Infinite, Max Payne 3 or Far Cry 3 causes shut down. First of all let me get this out of the way my laptop does not overheat i constantly check temperatures while gaming with Riva Tuner and CPU is always below 85 degrees and GPU is below 70 i clean my laptop frequently use a quality thermal paste and use both cooling pad and vacuum cooler so heating is not the problem. Here are the things are noticed laptop doesn't shut down when i switch laptop to POWER SAVER mode but this causes gaming performance decrease to unplayeble fps, it shuts down on High Performance and Balanced modes, also a few things i noticed using lower resolution in game causes shut down rate decrease but doesn't go away totally my battery started to die it runs out of juice pretty fast but problem contunies even when i remove battery and play constantly on power plugged. While gaming with battery on power light starts to blink so what is the problem should i change my laptop power adaptör, change my battery or is my laptop dying on me i really need a guide here please help me.

It is possible that while he GPU isn't 'overheating' by average standards, it is getting to hot for that particular one.
