Solved! Acer laptop shuts down in battery mode

Hello
I have acer aspire e5-575g-51fk
when i remove the charger from the laptop , the laptop shuts down but not immediately it takes some time then shuts down
without and warring or showing the shut down process , when i turn on the laptop after shutting down its boot normal and
its repeat the problame again .

Sounds like the battery is dead. If it's removeable, take it out and use mains electric power until you can replace the battery.
