Solved! Acer laptop support

Hello,
i have acer aspire 3810T.sometimes when i start it it start up but its screen is of i mean the windows starts but i cant see anything.

how do you know that windows is loading / loaded if the screen is off ?? anyway if your laptop supports video out (VGA / DMI) then have you tried pressing the function key + F5 ?

i can hear start up sound and can see windows logo but the screen is of!!!

if you can just see the image on the screen then your backlight or inverter is dead. Replace the inverter first as replacing the LCD is much more expensive. There is no good way to tell that i know of to determine which one is at fault without specialised equipment. At work we always try another inverter first, they arent very expensive and easy to replace.

its not out of work. the problem is that sometimes it start with off screen, i mean randomly!!!
