Acer one 10

Can't install windows 10 on my Acer One 10 using USB boot stick. It's not recognized in the boot options menu though I used it on other laptops and it worked.
Help please.

The BIOS in this laptop might be different from the others so go in and see what shows as top of the list in Boot. Change it to USB and if that isn't in the list, look for a setting named USB Legacy Support and enable it.

This is the way I used to do it in different bios. On this one, neither of them is there.

That's odd. Is it a really old BIOS system? Have you tried more than one USB Port in case that's the problem?

It has only one USB port. I tried using Diskpart an the USB stick was there. I think the port is not the problem.

you need to enable UEFI in your laptops BIOS. refer to more details below
