Acer one 14

Hi my acer one 14 z1402 lost all its drivers after resetting it, I tried downloading all the drivers from acer website and run through the process but still wifi option is not available I can only connect to the internet via lan. Pls help thanks

Instead of going through the site to get the drivers, try letting the system do it.

1. Go to "Control Panel" and then "Device Manager".
2. Locate the section for your WiFi and click it to open the drop down list.
3. Right click on the right device and (if listed) click "Update Driver Software".
4. If the above is not listed, then click "Properties", go to the "Driver" tab and then click the "Update Driver" button.

Hi I did this 3x already and restarted laptop after doing this but still nothing happened, wifi option is not still not available. My options under network adapters are Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller and WAN Miniport

Very odd. It is possible that the WiFi card is not functioning correctly.

Anyone else have any suggestions?
