Acer problem

Hello,
My acer aspire 5532 shuts dow after about 30 minutes when I'm using it unplugged? What is wrong and can I do anything about it?

Is it shutting down because the battery runs out of power? Computers do kind of need electricity to run.

it's time to have battery test maybe you will need a new one or use it on ac power only
