acer profile problem

Acer 5742 will not recognise my profile

Hi,

Have you tried loading in Safe Mode and see if it will accept your credentials?
- While the laptop is booting up keep tapping on F8.
- In Advance Boot Options select Safe Mode then see if you can login.
- If this doesn't work you may need to reformat the PC back to factory.
