Acer recovery problem BOOTMGR IS MISSING

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME GET THIS BOOTMGR OFF OF MY SCREEN FOR FRR

Download and burn Hirens Boot CD. I personally haven't used the MBR tools but the rest of the cd works and have no doubts this shouldn't be to hard aslong as you follow on screen instructions.
