Hi, I have what seems like a major problem with my Acer V15 Nitro running Windows 10.
OK, yesterday after a normal day of use. I decided to reboot. Upon reboot, it passes the Acer logo, and black screened and sometimes very rarely would load to the Windows 10 recovery manager.
I checked the backlights by using a flashlight they seem to be working fine. I attempted to refresh my windows installation but that proved to no avail. I can acess the bios, but not safe mode. I hoping this doesn't have anything to do with the hard drive. Considering this is my one laptop and I can't acess my personal files I would very much like to keep using it.
Any and all advice would be appreciated(please help)
Thanks!
UPDATE : Thanks for anyone who even considered answering, I have found a solution albeit probably temporary. It appears the connection to the motherboard was the problem. Tilting my screen at a below 45 degree angle while it booted seemed to fix it temporarily.
