It seems that it's a 4070 and NOT a 4080, i could be wrong as i spent like 2 min looking at this but its not a 4080, at least not the one still on sale for $400 off today, 09/18.

oops.. i'm sorry there is an intel version that IS $400 off.. i looked at the wrong one, the AMD version is a 4070.
