ActiveX Error Windows 8.1

I have this ActiveX Error when I use chrome and don't know how to fix this and don't know the type of thread this should be in.

ActiveX is an Internet explorer thing. It has no place in Chrome.

AvtiveX is almost unused these days because too much junk used to use it to get into systems.

Is it just a website saying this or what?
