Adf.ly Redirection Issues

Whenever I download something, I always get directed to Adf.ly as usual, then click skip ad and I download what I wanted. But now recently whenever I go to anything Adf.ly, I get redirected to some CleanPc265 website. I can't download anything because I can't go on Adf.ly. Any ideas?

You have multiple virus/malware/trojans. Get rid of them.
