More info?)
I am in the same situation.
I am using a DL 800 and 810.
I am running the repeater in AP mode with a unique SSID that only the
upstairs replay connects to via the bridge.
I tried bridging straight to the router, but my cable modem has so much
inbound garbage that it is filtering that it would not work. Also I have
some B devices that connect to it that was bringing the speed down. Now the
bridge and AP connect in super-G mode with their own ssid. Also I had to
place a separate switch downstairs that plugs into the AP, replay number two
and on up to the router. All works great!
Cannot use the repeater in "repeater mode" though.
All other wireless device connect directly to the DI-624. (2 notebooks and a
couple of cameras.)
