Adobe Premiere Pro CC Audio editing help!

Hey,
I'm new to Adobe Premiere Pro CC and I need some help editing audio. I have audio with my friend and myself in a Skype chat, and my friend is really quiet and I am really loud, is there any way that I can edit the audio so I am quieter and he is louder?

You can fix it easily if its on separate tracks but I don't think you can (at least without dedicated audio software), also I saw your post on LTT forums haha.

Haha, yea I posted it on there too, I still haven't found a solution though, and nah I cant separate the two tracks unfortunately

Yea I think the best you can do is try using an equalizer if your voices are different pitches, but I'm not sure how to apply an equalizer in premiere. Next time, try doing a test recording so if you need to turn up his volume you can.

To add an EQ effect in Premiere Pro CC look under Audio Effects folder for EQ and drag it to the audio track in question. Under Effect Controls you can adjust the individual parameters.
