Affordable laptop that can run multiple design programs

I'm looking to buy a new laptop that's capable of handling having programs like Corel painter and Photoshop open at the same time as well as itunes and chrome. Obviously I'm not exactly well versed when i comes to hardware specs, but I've seen an Asus X522CL with an Intel i5 on sale and I'd just like some help finding out if this is appropriate for what I want, or if there's something more suited. I'm on a rough budget of about £500, so I don't exactly have a lot of options here, but any help is appreciated.

Adobe state that i5 for instance i5 3210M is fine Of course if the laptop has dedicated video card will be better .As if ,Radeon is more preferable .
