I reformatted and restored my laptop to factory default a few months ago using Acer eRecovery Management. After restoring my laptop and installing the needed drivers and what not, I found out that games that I used to be able to play before I restored was not playable due to the laptop overheating and shutting down. I have installed all my graphic card drivers and updated my BIOS. My CPU fan doesn't seem to run, I cannot hear the fan spinning or feel the vibration on my laptop when it spins.
