i have a alienware corp m17-r1 laptop and i am having the same problem. the battery charger is not working and i was using a universal dell charger but i think i am having the same problem as everyone. i am looking to sell it now for a low price so if anyone is intrested contact me at paulredmondproject@hotmail.com.
