alienware M17xR3 alienfx dont change colors

hello ,
i had big problem vs my pc so i did a total reinstal but now nathing works like before... by example cd cant get out because of the button dont work, as my keyboard is in the old colors wicth i used to show for my friend haw it works before reinstall.. now its like that forever...
i downloaded alienfx control panel but thats doesnt change my colors
no more icons on the screan no fn button eather... no just worked for t-pad... it works the fn button... thats nice...
i looked for drivers and all but nathing..

please help

When you re-installed Windows, did you use the factory restore partition or disks? If not, you need to go through the drivers and utilities for your laptop and install those. If the issue is after a factory restore you can contact their support and see what the issues may be as a factory reset should have the thing working like it was new.
