Which version of Windows was your All-in-One running? If it's any one other than Windows 10, you can use the Function 8 key at start up to open the system in Safe Mode which uses fewer functions and therefore, might help.

Windows 10 is different but if you turn the machine on and off a few times, you should see the StartUp Repair options. One of those should be able to repair things.
